- What if I don't have a Pre-uploaded image for my personal business card?
- we encourage you to explore your creativity by creating your own design template. We will implement an extra charge if you will prompt us to create a design template for you.
- Is there an extra charge if I am outside of Philippines?
- we usually charge our clients for the cost of shipment.
- How can I keep track of my previous order?
- we provide our customers a AWB(Air Way Bill) number to keep track of their order, also customers can call 487-9738 for customer assistance to ask for update of their transaction.
- What if my order is not received within 48 hrs?
- we pride ourselves in delivering customer satisfaction and that is to provide efficient results to our customers. However during unavoidable circumstances (e.g. Natural calamities, accidents) that would delay production time, we call our customers to inform them of the situation and we find ways to lessen the waiting time.
- What are my options for paying?
Customers paying in Philippine currency can use Weepay. For customers who wish to pay in US and Euro Currency can pay via Paypal.
